Over the past 25 years, Natalie has led numerous highly visible and critically important strategic initiatives across a number of financial organizations such as Merrill Lynch, SS&C, UBS, and Citi, helping them develop and implement programs that amplify and enhance company message, market presence, and reputation.
Throughout Natalie’s ten year career as a Global Program Manager at Citi she focused on initiatives related to change management and transformation, product development, new technologies, as well as client and vendor relationship management. More recently, Natalie managed the delivery of the Big Data strategy platform for Citi’s Investor Services Division, where she worked closely with technology and business partners.
Natalie has extensive experience in all areas of program management. She has an exceptional ability to mobilize high-impact teams within and across complex financial organizations and shown success at driving global initiatives, spearheading process improvements, and fostering best practices.
