Gerd's 30+ years of experience in financial services includes working with some of the world’s largest and most complex public and corporate pension plans, endowments and foundations, mutual funds and investment managers. He has held a broad range of roles and responsibilities in the performance and analytics services including:

As a Senior Vice President at State Street Bank, Gerd held several positions over a 20+ year period in managing the Performance and Analytics business including Global Operations for performance, attribution and compliance services supporting over 500 clients with 200+ operations staff around the world and all of the related market data, implementations, conversions and production support.

Prior to joining State Street Gerd held various accounting roles at the private real estate investment firm Aldrich, Eastman & Waltch, Inc. He also worked in public accounting for several years working for Arthur Young & Company.

Most recently, Gerd has worked with a Private Equity firm in a consulting capacity for the design, testing and implementation of a new investor reporting system including staff training and ongoing support.
