Marsie has over 30 years of management and strategic business experience supporting asset management, insurance and custodial firms. She spearheads projects for management and C-suite executives focused on broad-based solutions to business challenges. As manager of Performance and Analytics teams at BNY Mellon, she navigated her teams through multiple systems implementations and coordinated integration of offshoring resources into existing models.
As a member of the Operations Strategy Group, she initiated programs for new operating models, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation. Marsie played a pivotal role in the international investment management transformation for Manulife Asset Management HK, creating business models as the Asia lead across nine countries. Marsie led a custodian search program for John Hancock/Manulife, bridging investment management, wealth, pensions, and fixed income units across the US and Canada. In Manulife’s Strategic Initiatives Group, she created and led a consulting team to support global establishment of over 100 shared services. She developed a new global custodian governance model, including guidelines for selection and oversight, gaining consensus across countries and business lines throughout Manulife.
In multiple roles within transforming organizations, Marsie has guided teams in change management. She passionately embraces change in work and her personal life, including working overseas in Hong Kong and touring across the US with Cirque du Soleil.
